No code, but you need to be a new customer in their computa. You can either call them up and order via the phone, mentioning the discount, or order online and then drop them an email.

Well I was not planning on ordering from them. I was actually going to order from OTF and mention the Revolve discount. So I guess I just call OTF and mention that Revolve will give me 30% off for being a new customer. Yes?

i ordered some yesterday, i also called the customer service number first to confirm. just place your order, then call the customer service line and they will refund the difference to your credit card.

Revolve offers 30% off for first time customers, I think you have to call or email them.

I just got my boots in from Revolve and am looking for some thoughts from you more experienced fancy shoe folks. I was pretty loyal to Red Wing for about 6 years, so blemishes on brand new boots is a foreign idea to me.

Anyway, just wondering if this is normal for these (handmade?) boots or if i should be returning them. There are several scratches on them, but the things that really concern me are the missing stitches at the sole, the black marks on the inside left boot and the wrinkly leather on the outside of the right boot. Also, the stitching just beneath the first eyelet isn't really symmetrical either.

    thanks!

It is par for the course with Wolverines. I returned a couple of pairs for replacement until I found a pair that I could live with

Same here. Third pair from Revolve did the trick. Mind you, not absolutely perfect, but blemish I could live with. I would exchange those if I were you.

I called Revolve and the only other pair they have in my size was returned for similar reasons. They told me that they can't request another pair for me because they already have a (defective) pair in stock. They offered to take 10% off of the price I paid if i keep them, which amounts to about $23. I guess I will call Wolverine and see if they have any suggestions.

I also just noticed that a portion of the finish on the sole is missing, as shown below. Will this cause the sole to become saturated with water, or is this purely a cosmetic problem?

Just take the 10% off and then call Wolverine. Wolverine will probably replace them for you.
