Beautiful belt, but I only paid $229 for my boots; I'd have a real issue paying $175 for a matching belt.
anyone know which vibram half sole this is?
looks like the 368 with the fancy cut
I've been thinking of getting one of these chromexcel belts, which should match the boots. $95, made in the USA. http://www.rancourtandcompany.com/men-s-1/belts.html
This one in particular looks like a perfect match for mine: http://www.rancourtandcompany.com/m...-6231-roller-buckle-matte-nickel-size-32.html
Any idea of where to buy a pair of Tan Women's wolverine Addie Oxford size 7 inside EU? The only site I have found dealing with the Addie Oxfords is http://www.manufactum.de and they only have them in black. I totally love the leather on my brown 1000 mile boots and would love to have a pair of chromexcel shoes.
My black pair arrived today. The tongues are a bit wrinkly and they have been tried on, but they definitely seem to be in great shape.
Looking for a pair for cheap$:
Live in melbourne (postage wise)
A darkish brown (not too sure) darker than a tan calf (any colour you can find is fine)
and here's the shocking bit size 6UK or 7US.....my feet are darn tiny
Pls help me thank you guys and if I could buy from on here would be all the better
Yep. We are all going to get right on that. Can we get anything else for you?
buy / try on the women's version.
I think you should go try on the womens shoe - its almost exactly the same. I also think you just front up and buy it in Melbourne rather than dealing with the inevitable fit issues (especially because I think you'll have a hell of a time trying to find something second hand in your size).
Just got my brown 1000miles in from Co Star in Austin. Ordered my original size after measuring and using the Brannock device formula (can find on wikipedia). They are wonderful. Each pair is definitely unique and mine has their own... character. With regards to size, they are, if anything, a hair loose. Literally, barely loose. In fact, it's so questionable that they are either barely loose, or perfect. They seem to just barely embrace my foot while not being loose enough to wiggle. I wear medium and light cushion wool socks, so I'm confident when I don my thick cushion wools they will be snug as a bug in a rug. As far as overall comfort - can't be beat. Walking on them is quite comfortable and supportive with zero discomfort or issue. I cannot recommend the shoe enough. If you'll never wear cushioned wool socks (I buy boots to wear as boots), then maybe size down a half size, but if you're going to wear boots as they were damn well intended, order your regular size and put on the appropriate sock.
I can't thank Crane enough for the knowledge and experience he spewed out onto this thread. I'm about to go back and re-read the sections on his oiling and care recommendations. Thanks Crane.
has anyone found new deals on the 1000 mile rust color boot I have tried all the previous mentioned places such as co star and revolve would love to buy these and especially at a discount if no discount i will just buckle down and get anyways but any suggestions would be amazing even if its 10%
I would try Crane's (phone or email them) Check the last few pages for one of his posts/ contact details.
I know Wolverine have cracked down on large discounting, but Im sure there's still some room to wiggle.
Crane, Id love your opinion. My current size 10's are perfect with thick socks and no insoles. Im looking to add insoles in future pairs. Would I be able to get away with a full size up or would that be too much you think, and best go with a half size?
Appreciate any help on this...
when bought new is the boot shipped with shoe trees? and what care should be taken for them or whats the best product to use
