You are a *****. I literally got mine pulled out like any other tooth. Just local anesthesia.

Only local here, but they weren't bad. Best part was my doc saying, 3...2...1... liftoff as he extracted. I hadn't known him long and was like, "who is this guy?" ~ H

I only had laughing gas and whatever was in that IV. They screwed up my surgery too and my mouth is still numb (4 weeks later).

I remember two syringes and counting backwards.

I think I confessed to being a virgin before going under. Conne - did you do the same?

*****. They had to cut into my gums to reach the two bottom ones because they had not grown in as fast as my tops. Then they had to intentionally fracture the tooth in order to get it out of my severed gums in peices. All on local anaesthesia as well.

And the kicker, I only got TYLENOL 3s (tylenol w/ codeine) for the pain post-surgery. You should be so lucky you got Vicodin.

My lower wisdom teeth were impacted so they had to cut up the gums and drill them in half to get them out. Got some painkillers for when the anesthesia wore off, but never used them. But that was because I didn't feel any pain for some reason. I must lack nerve endings at the back of my lower jaw or something.

The first one they had to drill into separate pieces as the doc wasnt strong enough to get it out in one piece, the second had an inflamation so with me bracing and him putting a foot on the chair he was able to get it out...

Still have two left and I really want to keep these, I still cringe when I think back..

But to get back to the SF mood,

Suck it up Conne, or just rinse with bourbon..

My dentist extracted my wisdom teeth using a ball peen hammer and rusty pair of pliers he retrieved from the back of his pickup truck. All he gave me to distract me from the pain was a girlie magazine from 1967.

****, I had general anesthesia, and a week long percocet supply enough for every 4 hours.

*repeating that your doc sucks
