Last night, my girlfriend and I went to the casino (lots of excitement there).
Today, we went to a mall and we donated some stem cells to the Bone Marrow Donor Registry, then we had lunch.

Simple things work out the best.

edit: And now, I am home on SF and she is probably watching TV.

The suggestion of a game night is a good one. Maybe it's not your thing, but even at 23, I feel I've sort of outgrown the typical college party characterized by beer pong, flippy cup, and the latest awful music pounding over the speaker system. A night with a selection of games, booze, food, friends, and witty banter is much preferred to that scene now. Me and the SO had such a night a few weeks back and it was a blast. Give it a shot if you two are at all into that stuff.

Play strip checkers... (or chess for those that prefer a more intellectual game). See where things lead.

It doesn't have to be in central park, but I second the ice skating idea, especially if you or both of you aren't very good at it. It's fun to watch each other slip and fall around, and there's a nice physical element (skating together, or helping each other up). Most places will have open skating with some fun music. Afterwards you can pick up a nice hot beverage or something.

Dude I feel you - I just started dating this girl back in november, so pretty much our whole relationship has been stuck indoors on a couch. Good thing is that she seems to enjoy that, but I am getting bored. Find a class or something, like yoga, etc... I got her a membership to my gym, so at least we can do that. We also have been playing a game where she helps me clean, organize, de clutter, adn donate my apartment because she thinks that I will ask her to move in with me when we make enough room (may or may not be true)

Game nights are great fun. Will still sometimes do it. Side wagers for backrubs and other delights can spice things up. If you're in northern nj, you probably have a car. Go for a mini roadtrip. Nothing exotic, just out driving around. Pick out someplace to stop for dinner and you're golden. Not everything needs to be a PRODUCTION.

Does she have many friends?

I've had huge success with having her friends - versus - my friends, guys-against-girls events. Poker night, bowling, etc. And there's always the chance singles will hook up...
