I bought a Columbia winter coat earlier this season that has served me well, however I'm starting to get annoyed at the unnecessary bulkiness. It's great for heavy snowstorms when I have to shovel, etc. but I want to find a winter coat that is stylish that I could just wear when it's cold outside, without the precipitation worry. I have another winter coat to go over suit jackets and blazers, but I think what I'm looking for is more for street use. Any thoughts?

This is the Columbia jacket I mentioned before:

And I have something like this for wearing over suits/blazers:

I feel that's just too bulky though. I don't really care for a coat with a hood either.
