1. And... we're back. You'll notice that all of your images are back as well, as are our beloved emoticons, including the infamous :foo: We have also worked with our server folks and developers to fix the issues that were slowing down the site.

There is still work to be done - the images in existing sigs are not yet linked, for example, and we are working on a way to get the images to load faster - which will improve the performance of the site, especially on the pages with a ton of images, and we will continue to work diligently on that and keep you updated.

You are seriously killing me! I have been looking for those in my size for years now and can't find them anywhere! I am guessing you bought them from the guy on Ebay? He initally claimed to have them in my size, got me excited about getting them, then told me that was an error in his listing! I am happy that someone will get to enjoy them in their size and am even more determined, now, to get a pair myself. Very nice.

Yes, got em from the Ebay guy. I was lucky with the size. He suggested a half size smaller than normal and he was right.

If you search, you will see that Santoni now makes a newer but similar style. They look great but I don't know what the chances are of getting them at a discount yet.

if you can afford stylish footwear... you probably don't do much walking in the snow.

this is the dumbest thing posted in this thread for sure

No offense taken. Maybe you're lucky enough to have incredible infrastructure in your city. The lack of examples in this thread speaks volumes in more ways than one though.

If anyone is still interested in the H by Hudson Westland boot, I know two places that are selling for way below retail i.e. the $200-$400 mark. ($174 shipped in US9 and 10 and another place just right at $199 compared to places like Blackbird).

On topic, I think I found my pair:

But in black Horween leather, so sex--10x better if all black but I c an deal with the brown in the sole

Available in a rich suede or leather upper, they feature a padded tongue and collar, leather lining, cap toe styling, cushioned footbed and a Vibram sole with block heel.

[IMG] Sorel 1964 Pac Canvas Boot Thoughts? Trying to stay away from bulky/ugly Sorel style boots, but something about the color scheme makes me think I could pull it off and be warm/functional at the same time.
