Will my Levi's stretch?

I just got a pair of Levi's premium skinner jeans in the mail today, and I ordered a size 31 but it's still pretty tight (I normally wear a size 30). Will the waist stretch out at least half an inch eventually?

Yup. Keep wearing them and they'll be comfortable soon enough.

My skinners only stretched about a quarter of an inch, and then when I washed them they shrank a bit. My pair is really REALLY TIGHT, nearly a size smaller than tagged after wash.

Then I guess you shouldn't wash them.

Yeah, I'm not going to wash them or else my testicles will hate me forever. I'll have them dry cleaned when they become too dirty.
