Will Black Label ever come near Purple Label's quality?

the BL line is fairly new, so I am kind of skeptical about buying it now. If purple label scored a 9 on quality, where would Black Label be?I really want the slimmer look, but I dont want to sacrifice quality.

IMHO, bespoke doesn't always guarantee "fit." Quality is also questionable, and relies heavily on the establishment. Bespoke has its place but don't throw that term around like it's the zenith of men's wear when it's not.

What is up with all the noobs???

Anyways, some RLPL is made by Caruso, Caruso makes Black Label.
The quality of BL is very high, I actually prefer it to PL.
I do not really like either PL or BL for shirts.

Yeah I wouldnt necessarily but all of the PL stuff "above" BL, they are different aesthetics. BL is more modern and PL is more classic. The quality of each line can vary a bit.

I don't know if its just me but have one black label and Im happy with it. However I like the style more then I like the fabric. To me it just feels like a rougher cheaper grade of wool. Disclaimer-I'm not any type of fabric expert. IMHO Zegna fabrics blow the polo stuff away.

I have PL and BL shirts and I honestly don't notice a big difference between the two. PL has hand stitched button holes, that's all I really notice.

Always care about the fit more than fabric, never owned a PL, but tried both BL and PL. Yes, PL is full canvassed, while most BL I have seen are half canvassed, but the whole fused vs. canvassed argument never bothered me that much. Also BL's wool is plenty soft enough for me, I don't know how much I am really gaining in going to PL with double the price, and a look that's not as edgy as I like.
