we just got one as the wife's health "allowance" covers its reimbursment. thought about just throwing it on eBay but curiousity got the better of me. no way in hell would I consider this a weight loss routinue but it is pretty fun and it's introduced me to some basic yoga moves.

I've finally plugged mine in. I can see it working as a light cardio routine, if you do the yoga poses followed by the aerobic exercises (which involve a lot of jogging on the spot). Nothing you couldn't do without one, but maybe it would help put some structure into your routines.
