Does anyone else have a problem finding RTW shirts that fit your wide back? I try slim-fit shirts from UCB and the like, and whilst they fit perfectly fine everywhere else, when I lift my arms in front of me as if driving I can feel the shirt pulling against my back under my armpits. Does anyone else have the same problem? If so other than MTM, have you found a way to solve it?

I am somewhat skinny @ 5'8" 150. Although I'm definitely not muscular, I've always had pretty defined lats (muscle directly below armpit) and a V shaped torso.

I have your problem with Small shirts, which tend to fit me everywhere except underneath the arms while in the driving position. I've been thinking about buying Mediums from now on and just having them tailored.

Same problem. Either deal with it or go up a size and get the rest of it taken in.
