You might want to ask this question in the "streetwear and denim" forum.

Out of curiosity, how wide do you want the leg? Gap has Easy fit, and Old Navy has Painter's wide leg....any larger than that and I think you're dipping into the more urban brands (Southpole, SeanJohn, Enyce, etc.,....many of which, SF forum members won't like)...just my opinion.

What tarmac said. I have way too much trouble finding "slim" fitted pants. Now I know why.

I think you can find wide leg jeans in pretty much any store out there...gap, jcrew, bloomingdales, etc. Just look around, everyone sells them.

Can't the mods check the IP address on this guy and tell us which member this really is? I refuse to believe that thewidelegfreek is anything more than a prankster member...

Ok none of you are getting my point!!! I dont want jeans that are bulky at the bottom, I want wide-leg pants that are WIDE-LEG but still look chic and awesome!!!!! Im sure you've seen the high-end pants that celebrities wear sometimes. Except i would like something super affordable and still lookin cool. Maybe not bellbottoms, (lets not go there) but something like bellbottoms but not as eccentric and obnoxious!

Levi's Silvertab, under $20 at Sam's Club. Not sure if Silvertab is a diffusion/outlet label, but they don't have any external logos on them which is why I bought 'em. Decent everyday jeans, comfortably wide-legged and so-far durable. I can't see much difference in stitching and material quality between jeans under $75 or so, the difference between $20 and $60 really does seem to be the mall-brand label.

The hip-hop labels all do wide legged jeans, if you can find a pair without gaudy labels all over them they're probably your best bet for something distinctively wide legged. In my goth/mosher/raver days I wore jeans from a British skate label called Soho which were enormously wide legged (ie. you could fit your head up in there, if not climb your whole body through the leg), cheap and durable, can't seem to find an online source though and I think all the skatewear labels moved into skinny jeans when the fashion shifted.
