Fair enough, just realize the whole reason for economics is to make more $$. That's what its founding principals are. If economics is the subject that most fascinates you and you have zero motivation to make good money, then good for you but it is hard to believe.

Then the interviewer calls in the economist and poses the same question "What do two plus two equal?" The economist gets up, locks the door, closes the shade, sits down next to the interviewer and says, "What do you want it to equal"?
Pfff, a real economist would smirk and say "It depends."

I often threaten to "get my piece of paper" when arguing with those english majors.
