+100.

We're supposed to feel sorry for them. You can't turn a woman down for being fat nowadays because you're supposed to like her "for her personality". Otherwise you're branded as a superficial chauvinist. It gets ridiculous.

I'm on the health plan nicknamed the Caveman diet, in partner with everyone at my crossfit gym. It's helped tons!!! its the idea that our bodies are not made to eat anything you can't kill or pick. similar to a raw foods diet but you can at least grill your steak!
Your biggest enemies for wieght gain are Carbs and Sugar!! your body tranfers both straight to body fat. you cant avoid all carbs or sugar. but absolutely no bread at all, pasta, rice, no potatoes, no sugar if at all possible, no sodas, no juice, no desserts.

easy day of eating:
breakfast: scrambled eggs, chicken sausage, mushrooms, bell pepper, spinach and onions

snack: trail mix

lunch: Spinach salad, grilled chicken breast, sliced almonds, red onions, carrots (dressing olive oil, rice vinegar, crushed garlic)

snack: trail mix

dinner: grilled Salmon on black beans, with grilled veggies, carrots, broccoli, bell pepper

sounds good and i promise you'll see resaults if you work out minimum 3 days a week.

Present some evidence on why it's bad advice. Or do you have more dogma to spout?

Some of us non-paleotards sometimes wish to enjoy a fizzy beverage every now and then.

Never eat food out of a box. Don't even store food in a box.
