Why in the tailor shop, a seller suggested me dark blue suit.
It will be my first tailored suit, I think grey is better for different situations.
He said that younger people (in China) order blue. This is true also in the rest of the world? UK? USA?
I like blue too but I think of it as a second suit.

Should I do whatever I want or he might be right?

NOTE: both colors work well with my skin and hair color.

I can only speak for the UK and I will say Navy and Grey are both popular. So do what you feel will make you feel the best, look the best.

Your tailor seems to prefer blue. Both are neutral suit colors appropriate for whenever a suit is required. If you'd rather have a grey suit then get grey. I prefer grey for daytime and blue for nighttime, but it really doesn't make a difference.

Define "grey."

Charcoal grey is fine. Borat grey is not.

It is not compulsory to accept a saleman's advice. In fact it is probably better to ignore such people.

Can't go wrong with either. Get the color YOU want.

This.

You're paying for it, you decide.

If you cant decide then get one of those Barack Obama neutral suits that I honestly cant tell if they are navy or charcoal.
