RLBL is a lot more padded, button point is lower, a stronger chest (visually). RLBL's pant also fits me a lot better after take in the seat. I like Milano's jacket, pants is a bit too tight all across, though a little let out did solve the problem but it's still pretty damn close to hug my leg (especially with calf length socks).

I have only came across Fitz/Madison (and maybe Regent, not sure) in GF line, I have never came across Milano cut in GF line, when did this happen, recently? All the Milano were on 1818.
