Why is Scrubs always on tv?

Is it just me or does it seem like this show is always on like 3 or 4 channels at the same time? It must be on 24 hours a day. It is on Comedy Central and Mytv20 Detroit all the time. I can't even make it through an entire episode because it is so bad.
