Why Barneys is losing me as a customer

I think the whole SA concept is overrated especially for men's clothing..
There are so many great specialty retailers online with great product and exclusives you cant find at the bigger retailers..

Below are a few that I like for mens
Unionmade - Clothing
Albam - Clothing
Leffot -Shoes
Double Select - Shoes
Present -Clothing
Anthem -Clothing
GoodHood -Clothing

On the topic of Barney's - I bought something from their online warehouse sale. Ends up that it wasn't in stock....typical Barney's, totally expecting that. But I just received a $25 GC from them as an apology! Did this happen to anybody else? Pretty cool move on them.

Re: the SA's, I actually stopped shopping at Barney's in Chicago because my SA left. It makes a pretty big difference in the experience in shopping at a store when you have cultivated that relationship. Sometimes, they will even fluff you.
