Why are these RRL's so cheap?

I know they aren't raw, are they the one wash?

I've tried on the raw in a 34 w and there was a lot of room in the waist and butt. Should I get the wash in a 33 or 34? Didn't know if the 34 would be smaller in the wash than raw.

they arent one wash, they just looked like a generic dark rinsed jean.

Im assuming they are cheap because they are an older jean as well

lol RRL is ridiculously cheap at the outlet... think 20 bucks for a pair of jeans, sometimes 15

i've seen this too...do you think they're defective or legit surplus product from RRL stores? the ones i've seen don't seem all that great either.
