Jil Sander need to seriously think about making a capsule collection of their women's pieces with the buttons switched on the men's side.

I hope you were just there to use the can. That store is just horrible. Sad, since it used to be great, especially upstairs.

If you were anybody else, I'd ask you if you saw the SA in front with the massive cans and the hideous face, but you probably wouldn't notice. She is probably the only thing eyecatching in the store now, and she isn't eyecatching in a good way.

I would be pissed off too if someone would keep coming back to my store for no reason.

Yup my Mother needed to use the restroom. All we did was go to The Archive and Barneys. I did a fly by on the 5th floor.

On a similar but different note, I once had a girlfriend who wanted to leave the store because we weren't immediately nannied by an SA. I was quite bemused. For my own part if I see something I like and I don't receive service I just ask someone to provide it.

The only thing I truly hate in a store is when the SAs are gathered in a little circle having a chat instead of doing their job.

Wow I didn't think this would be so popular.

Just to clear things up without quoting 7 pages:

I was dressed decently, nice pair of jeans, button down shirt, boots, and a peacoat. I was just noticing the **** service and half assed answers an SA was giving to some customers while talking to other SAs.

It seems to me that stores like Gap or Banana have much better service than even most high-end stores, with an exception for Barneys (In my experience.)

When I was at Marc Jacobs Las Vegas, I walked into the store and immediately noticed 4 workers behind the counter. And for anybody who isn't aware, I've been in walk-in closets larger than that store. Nobody greeted me or said anything, and I was okay with that because I don't like to get bothered. However, when I asked the price of a wallet because there was no sign or tag, the dude just said, "Um. it's $20." in a "duh..." tone of voice. If that wasn't bad enough, when i wanted to ring up my items, I walked up to the counter and the girl is talking to another girl who is wrapping something up while the other 2 guys are just chilling. When she finally notices me, she just grabs the stuff, types some stuff for forever, and finally asks for the money. Then she sticks the stuff in a bag and puts it on the counter and walks away.

I was talking about Best Buy. Best Buy and Neiman Marcus aren't exactly the same store.
