Can anyone help identifying the maker of those Brooks Brother High Vamp Penny Loafer?

These don't look like CJ or AS to me, but being a newbie I might probably be wrong!

+1, most likely made in Italy. They are pretty hideous, though.

OK - got confused with another Peal and Co pair and thought they were made in the UK. Thanks for pointing they are plain "imported".
