Who's making good jean belts these days?

    Worth the $$$ IMHO. They aren't quite as thick as others, but they are good everyday belts. My brown chromexel has some interesting striations.

    Belts do not have to be thick. And in your case the chromexcel will last a LONG time, as it is a oil pull-up, and therefore it will never get stiff, and you will barely have to treat it with anything other than a drop of Neatsfoot oil every two years.

    Got two Tanner belts, that's all I wear. I have noticed that the black powder coated buckles chip and wear. Tanner sent me a new one once beofre but the replacement buckle chipped too. :(
