The classiest way to wear a fleece vest is to not wear it.

Two years from now; new thread
"Who still wears a fleece vest to work"
Your suit fits too well for D.C. Swap it out for an ill-fitting black one and you'll be all set.View attachment 1191191
Picked up new summer suit in Minnis Fresco. Really like it. Will likely wear it tomorrow with the vest as it will be rainy all day and not too hot.
I love wearing CM to work.

The thread title and the poll asked the wrong question and the discussion took that up on the last few pages: Today there are very few jobs which require suit and tie and that definitely includes my and most other office job profiles at least for the last twenty years. The more relevant question is: Are you officially punished for wearing suit and tie at work? And for me and most other office workers the answer is: Nope.Look at the poll results of this very thread. Consider why this thread exists in the first place! It is no longer the norm to wear a suit in many workplaces.
MTM from fabric I sourced here on B&S.Is this custom or OTR?
