Who makes this shirt?

I bought this at Filene's Basement on Sunday, and it has no tags except the Made in Romania, 16/41, and the 100% cotton...
They told me it's a Borrelli, but it obviously is not...
It has MOP buttons and single yoke back...a very nice shirt...

my guess would be one of the shirts that they typically offer in a box, such as Romeo Gigli, Lorenzo..
not sure whose shirts are made in Romania

Looks like Romeo Gigli, but all their shirts are made in italy.
