I thought there would be more on this question in the Forum history but the most I found was a suggestion for Brooks Brothers and Jos. A Bank. Is that it? Is there a Full Canvas front suit separate maker out there?

I have never heard of any suit separates that were fully canvased.

I have never seen any suit separates which would be $500+ at full retail.

If you need separates because you have a large trouser size drop you could have the trousers recut by a tailor for anywhere between $70 to $100. Just include that in the price of the suit.

Look at eHaberdasher's new Benjamin line (they are a forum affiliate vendor). Fully canvassed separates with nice detailing. Currently only available in one color but if that is a color you need it should be considered. With their current discount the total would be $499. I will likely make this purchase myself this weekend.

If your drop is only 7-8 inches the Brooks Brothers Regent line should also accommodate you with some tailoring.

EDIT: Goodlife beat me to it. eHaberdasher and benjaminclothing are the same. If you are confident of your self measuring abilities you may also want to look at Thick as Thieves.
