Who makes quilted sweater/jacket for men?

I was watching American Pickers when I saw the tall skinny guy sporting a quilted sport jersey like jacket which must be vintage. Does anyone know any modern adaptation of this one available in stores or online? What's the history of this jacket, i.e. who was the original mfg.?

Thanks. Very nice looking. Any idea of the lining material? The only material I'm not allergic to is silk.
