You can't expect Jeffrey-West (or any other design label) to give you this sensitive information. The shoes are made to their design, possibly even over a last that is unique to J-W. The models are their intellectual property, regardless of whoever has actually executed the manufacturing process. Firms might change their suppliers; one collection is made by X, next season they are made by Y. They might change suppliers for good reason: higher quality; or for bad reasons: cheaper supplier will increase our margins.

The ultimate responsibility for the product lies with the firm who has put their name to that particular item.
