I want to buy one lambswool sweater for fall and winter. Please help me decide which is better because sale ends tomorrow.

Both would be good choices, but I'd probably lean towards Ralph Lauren. As long as the ones you're looking at don't have the pony. I'm not a big fan of visible logos, but they do sell sweaters without them.

both about the same, both made in china. I have sweaters from both in the same size. Fit on the jcrew is a bit roomier and longer, so depends on what you like. quality is mid level for both. They aren't cucinelli, but they last well and look good.

Does the lambs wool strech out of shape over time or pill a lot?

Is outlet as good as stores?

Thanks, this helps me make my decision which to buy.

pill..not that I've seen (unlike the pima cottons, which do pill a little).

The only noticeable stretching I've seen has been on the sleeve cuff. They can tend to stretch, especially if you push up your sleeves to 3/4 length like I occasionally do.
