Who makes a shirt like this?

I'm looking for a shirt design which might seem simple, but so far I've had little luck:

Light blue. Slim fit. Medium spread, soft'ish collar (pretty much like this). Barrel cuffs. Normal placket. (Sea Island cotton would be nice.)

Something like this (it has a french placket, but is otherwise close enough. They don't have it in my size though).

Any ideas about where to find such a shirt? Preferably from a European seller.

Or is my best bet to go MTM from a place like Tailor Store?

Also, no pocket.

i think any MTM or bespoke shirtmaker can make one of those. depending on what you want to spend, try Jantzen, Ascot Chang or mytailor.com

From what I've read here, Jantzen seems to be very much hit or miss? Do you get slabbed with tax and VAT when ordering from Hongkong to Europe (like when ordering from the US)?

I think you may have a case of selective reading disorder

Most here are happy with the shirts made by Jantzen, especially given the price point. Cost is probably the last thing people complain about - service and speed on the other hand...

You can go with any other mail-order MTM program if you'd like. I have always been happy with Jantzen

^^ It's quite possible that I have a selective reading disorder, but then there is that whole thread about 'Jantzen, reliable at last?'. All 69 pages of it

Also, I'm not looking at getting a lot of shirts, so I don't mind paying a bit extra for speedier delivery and better customer service.

Besides MTM, does anyone have any OTR recommendations? I've looked through a few of the offerings from the British brands (T.M lewin, Pink, H&K, etc) but most have french cuffs or are not slimfit...

Also, are there any good Italian makers that you can order OTR shirts from?

I would recommend to check out Saks. I believe I did see an Isaia there in sea island (RIVA) cotton that looked very similar to what you are looking for.

Unless somebody thinks HK is still part of the Britsh empire and therefore an EU area you should be charged VAT. No idea about duty.

In one of the other threads somebody listed an Italian shop that does online orders. But nobody has used them. Go ahead we need somebody brave
