Hello?

Can someone please help to identify the maker?

The seller on Ebay is not a very communicative lady and could not provide me with the internal tags photos.

This is the only info I have:

Thanx, Spoo!

So it is not necessarily Zegna made? Is it possible at least to tell how decent is the maker? (patterns matching, unlined, horn (ish) buttons?

it is 70 USD for NWT, but wouldn't be able return.

It's a rag, and it's an orphaned suit jacket. If $70 means a lot to you, keep it in your pocket.

+1. If you saw this jacket at a thrift store for $70, you'd never buy it. Pass and put the $70 towards something else.
