I think it's a combination; at least it is for me.

I've always like to dress well so I do that for myself. Obviously some women prefer this, and it also presents a more professional image at work. So I guess I could say I do it for women and other male competition.

Great answer! I am the same way I mainly dress for myself but at time you must conform to certain circumstances, for example, work, weddings etc. But it all ties in to entertaining myself. Is that a bit narcissistic?

If one was comfortable in a suit why not? One would be the best dressed on the island.
