Who else makes OTR suits with a drop 7 or higher?

Large drops are generally associated with athletic body types, not skinny ones. A standard 6 or 7 will cover most skinny guys.

Just to clarify.
IIRC, EU size drop 7 is the same as US size drop 6 while EU drop 8 is the same as US drop 7.
I might be wrong though.

As for the inquiry, from my experience Versace (by Zegna or its own subsidiary) sometimes makes suit with big drop.

eating more- Been there, even threw in some "drinking more" for good measure, all that does is Move the drop 10 up the scale.

Sierra Trading Post sometimes has Isaia, but they're quite rare.
I hardly ever see Isaia suits on eBay.

I have a Corneliani that is a drop 7, and it is one of my favourite suits - very nicely cut.
As has been noted, some Polo suits (made by Corneliani) are also a drop 7.
