The third nipple is particularly apparent with that low angle of incident light, but not so much in typical light. That said, it bothers me, but not enough to have the button removed, press, and resew the button as edmorel suggested.

You know what bothers me more than the "Third Nipple" is that the lapels are pressed flat all the way down to the middle button. I like the break of my lapels to have a soft and much higher roll (not flat as seen here). Part of that may be due to the fact that I have a long torso.

Shouldn't take more than 5-10 min [IMG]

If it does bother you, may be worth it...

Only if your wardrobe is carefully planned. And no man with a carefully planned wardrobe puts bespoke nipples in his jackets. [IMG]

It is as J Press made it. Whether or not that's a good thing, I must leave to each individual man. :)

Yeah, I don't like a hard roll anything.

Lol. It's good for your wife if you have babies on the way. Unless there's something seductive about having an additional nipple that I don't know about. : D

But you're right. It might just have me the camera angle that enhanced the prominence of the third nipple.

I interpret this as that the 0520 works as fabric for a SC, even though it's not a classic blazer color. Thanks for clarifying, Manton.

since we're talking of colors for blazer, can I ask for some opinions on the standard sportcoat in good taste for spring/fall (or "shoulder season")?

I'm getting ready to order a sportcoat. Not for winter, so no heavier tweeds, and not for summer, so no linen. I work in academia (humanities), in a semi-rural setting. I already have a couple of blue blazers, and a dark olive cotton jacket (solid). What would be the most versatile fabric and color to order next? Will mentions tan fresco, but I'm not keen on tan ...

I would look at the Hardy Worsted Alsport bunch. You can never go wrong with mid-brown.

What are we thinking on this one? SquareFail or not?

This is a hopsack blazer, with mid grey flannels and brown suede chukkas.
