1. And... we're back. You'll notice that all of your images are back as well, as are our beloved emoticons, including the infamous :foo: We have also worked with our server folks and developers to fix the issues that were slowing down the site.

There is still work to be done - the images in existing sigs are not yet linked, for example, and we are working on a way to get the images to load faster - which will improve the performance of the site, especially on the pages with a ton of images, and we will continue to work diligently on that and keep you updated.

    Cheers,

He's gone all Latino, left the public marriage of SF [said something about it being like Rome circa 410], and found love privately.

Evidently, reports of your demise may have been greatly exaggerated.

Can I get your suits if you decide to cross the Rubicon?

What size are you? When I next revise the will ... I should arrange for something.

You mean the Styx, right? I'm unaware that RSS is weighing a conquest of Rome...although if he is, Brioni for all!

Far from it, you're kind of consistent. [IMG]

I speak this as the owner of only charcoal and navy suits, and as someone who almost exclusively wears only light blue and white shirts and brown and black shoes. For work, anyway.

I think SF (and Foo) fed the OCD in me. [IMG]

I do have a good and eclectic collection of interesting sport coats, ties, pocket squares, and cuff links, though.

Correction: It's the River Styx, not the Rubicon.

If this forum is to be expanded to include art, culture, etc.,
then the least we can do is get our Classical references
    right.

    I wasn't sure ...

Caesar crossed the Rubicon... Point of no return in my mind...

    Mea culpa...

    Errare humanum est.

SF is now like being on University challenge ...

I don't miss Manton at all. The douchiest guy at that one party you attended way back when? That was Manton.

Honestly, you can only see the same dumb question or listen to a virtual suck-off of a certain clothing proprietor 1000 or so times before it gets really tiresome.

Also, the 3rd or 4th time someone catches you taking pictures of yourself it becomes a problem, especially if you are trying to fuck her (or him, we don't discriminate here on SF).

By the way, I'm sad to report Vox has passed on due to an unfortunate and unforseen reaction to Scabal's latest Super 400's Vicuna Pharaoh fabric. It seems some Russian oil magnate poisoned the whole lot to maintain it's exclusivity after he heard Vox had commissioned 37 suits from the stuff. In lieu of flowers, his family requests that donations be made to the Tri-Lateral Commission.
