I live in a city on the west coast and around here people donned their winter coats as soon as the temp dived below 15C. No tweed, no corduroy, no beautiful autumn colors and textures. Just black wool overcoats. In October. And the leaves are still changing here.

Has Fall attire disappeared where you live? Is black the new urbanite autumn color of choice?

(I'm sure the members here have not ditched Fall fashions, so I'm wondering about the general populace where you live. When you walk the streets, do you see a sea of black and charcoal?)

Some blacks and greys, yes. But also many fantastic autumn shades and combinations, as the eyeties do so well: tweeds, olive, russets etc. All very nice indeed.
