These are custom made boots in a size 12 US by White's Boots.
These boots were cleaned and conditioned by hand to bring them back to their glory. These boot are better than the day they were purchased. New these boot run close to $500 with the add-ons (custom leather.)

New lace-to-toe design for secure fit around the ankles
Three rows of lock stitching for rock-solid durability
Completely rebuildable for years of extended life and value
The soles are in B+ shape with little wear on the tread.
Uppers are in good shape. There are no rips or tears and look superb. There are scuffs, but these add to the overall character. No stains.
These are heavy boots--perfect for the foul weather.
