White Shoes on New Years Eve?

Ok well we all know about the rule "no white" after labour day but slowly that fashion rule has been fading and I was wondering what your opinion were on the following outfit.

I am going to a upscale new years eve party at a club and want to try something different

Would a classic white dress shirt with a black vest, black pants, white dress shoes be something acceptable? Or are the white shoes to much for the winter season?

and should the shoes be matched with a white belt?

That would be, as you say, different. It might be kind of cool, in a "Han Solo meets Saturday Night Fever" way. If this is the kind of party where guys wear velvet dinner jackets, go for it. I would not wear the white belt though. Black belt--or, even better, braces (under the vest of course). The only time I'd recommend a white belt would be if the shoes and trousers were both white ... and you were in the Navy.
