The latest from Permanent Style was published just as I was in the middle of hunting for some white (off-white, natural, ecru etc...) denim.

Since you like the Epaulet Taylor fit, as do I, I'll assume you also prefer jeans with a higher rise. I've been looking for a pair of white jeans myself since my 501s are now too big and I wanted something with a little higher rise. I came across the Wrangler 0936 cowboy cut slim fit and am quite pleased. They only come in a very bright white. They are less than $40, so you really can't go wrong. Just remove the plastic tag from the rear pocket and you are good to go.

Hey yes, I do prefer a higher rise and was ready to plunk down the dough for Drake’s “ecru” denim until I saw they stopped using Blackhorse Lane. The quality and fit is not the same and they’re charging more. I was hoping for a cream, off-white etc...rather than bright white but I will give those Lee a look. Thanks!

I have a white pair of jeans from Sid Mashburn I really like. They also do a natural denim that is an off-white that looks great and might be slighty more versatile.

Since the Sid Mashburn have already been mentioned I think would want to throw out Benzaks Ecru. I don't have this color myself, but their denim is good and this fit is as well.

I have Orslow 107 Ivy fit. Really classic fit and nice colour white. I also like this season’s Drake’s cords from the looks of them.
