White/clear markings on Canada Goose jacket?

I just got my Canada Goost Maitland parka a couple of weeks ago and I've worn it out probably like 5-6 times but noticed that there was this faint white/clear line and small spot on the back of the jacket...

Anybody know what this is? I tried just wetting it and wiping it off but no luck. Is this something that I could just get out from getting it drycleaned?

Any insight would help, thanks!
