MJtrim has something in a large size, but nothing for the cuffs... any other ideas?

Brown horn is what you want. And mjtrim's version's not that great, and ascuteasabutton.com's version is not that brown. Try the Singapore version.

Also, for the OP - white buttons are MOP.
