I'm kind of curious.. I have a pretty bland pair of crosshatched jeans, and I'm wanting to add some life. I want to try some whiskering, but I'm not sure how to do achieve the look, anyone have a tip or two?

Nope. I'm actually anti-feline. This post is actually from ddml at SuFu, but I couldn't resist posting it here.

Actually people are allergic to cat's saliva, so when cats lick themselves that saliva gets all over their hair and that's why most people think that they're allergic to cat's hair. The fact is if you're allergic to cats, you're allergic to all of them...

Textbook definition of "dander."

I always thought dander was dried skin cells that broke off? I never knew about the saliva thing though... that's pretty crazy.

It's true that if you're allergic, you're allergic, but hair length usually makes a HUGE difference for a lot of normally- or mildly-allergic people. My fiancee is allergic, but our American Shorthair doesn't get her allergies up much at all, whereas if she even walks into a house belonging to a Persian, say, she feels it immediately.

You clearly haven't been reading the what's wrong with Americans thread. Go get schooled, son.
