I got 2 winter jackets that could be used for snowy weather. which to keep?

This one I got for $50, down from $100 (hollister)
or this ultra light down (the black jacket), which i got for $40 (uniqlo).
this latter one is much lighter my friend says, but will it keep the same level of warmth?
the hollister jacket is a standard heavy one.
