I am in need of a new slim wallet and I have narrowed it down to a j-fold (http://www.azaleasf.com/jfoldwallets.html) or a Koyono Slimmy (http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/cus...Date&n=1036592)
Which one should I get I'm really torn, also any recommendations are welcome in the slim wallet field, no fatass red moons please!

Why don't you just buy what you like. Right? Did you do a search? HAHA

I'm partial to the second one. Why not get a money clip and card case? Its best not to carry your money and cards in the same place from what I understand anyway.

I haven't tried the slimmy, but I have been really pleased with my J-Fold.

Nordstrom has a wallet very similar to J-Fold only without the external trim, I forget the name of it, but it is very nice looking; I was tempted.

<- I like the angry pig chief, too, but you aren't interested in that...

I actually saw a really cool card case/wallet combo, by Johnston and Murphy. It was $31 and had two clear cases, and spots to hold a bit of cash and probably 4-6 ID card/credit cards, while still being VERY thin. Seems like it'd be just about perfect for going to clubs, etc. It was a very nice black leather.

Have you thought about how liberating it is to NOT carry a wallet? It is highly recommended. I just carry one airline credit card and some paper money in my right jeans pocket. Any coins for parking (maximum of three) go into the coin pocket. Exactly one car key and one house key go into the left pocket (without keychains since they add to the bulk). That way I can minimise cash spending, accumulate air miles, and not have to worry about some pickpocket stealing a wallet out of my back pocket.

j folds are really played; but they're more interesting than the slimmy. I really like the no wallet action. I just throw my 2 id's and cc in one pocket and my cash in another-its really fun after a night of drinkin' to count out what you have left...

Not really.

People need to cut it with the Superfuture-esque posturing and attitude.

I like the JFold and they seem like they're really well-made (especially for the price). I've also been debating what kind of wallet to get so it's interesting to see how this topic plays out (I got rid of my Red Moon for something more eclectic, and now I'm leaning towards a Paul Smith, though I've been kind of tight on money lately, so I may just get a JFold).

I vote for Loungemaster Navy. The V-12 looks nice but the complaints about the cracked trim put me off it.

Hey drizzt3117, would LOVE to get a link to that. IT sounds like you've described my wallet from heaven

The J-Fold's DO look good, what's the quality like(anyone)? They seem pretty cheap (cost), so naturally I assume they won't last long?????? (I want a wallet to last at least a year, probably closer to 3).

PS BubblyMasquerade, great thread, I like your style
