Which tie would you wear with a navy suit

Which tie would you wear with a navy suit? The second one has a blue tint that doesn't quite come out in the picture. My instinct is to go with the first one on the left

I have a casual lunch coming up with a successful real estate investor who has agreed to meet with me and let me pick his brain because a mutual friend set it up. I want to make a good first impression even though this isn't a formal meeting I want to be dressed properly to show respect
