Posted below are a front, side, and back view of three different shirts. All three are from Brooks Brothers. One is their Slim Fit, another Extra Slim Fit, and the third is Made-to-Measure. Please look at each set of photos and let me know which one you think fits best. For now, I will not disclose which shirt is which so as to remove such bias from your opinions.

Also, given what you see what could I ask for in MTM shirt that would help it fit better.

If none of them fit well, you can say that too. All I ask is that any criticism be constructive.

I voted #2. Neither fits particularly great, though. Will these be worn under a jacket?

None of them fit your sloped shoulders. Some made to measure. Go somewhere else.

#2 deals with your serioously slpoing shoulders better then then #1 and #3.
but there is something weird going on with the left cuff sleeve.
if this is the mtm shirt, did you ask for a large cuff?

lose the box pleat back.. opt for a clean back

On all 3 it seems that the fabric is pulling from your underarm to your shoulder, while the material around your belly is too much, giving it that sloppiness factor at the belt line.

I had this same issue (pulling lines from collar bone to armpit) on some recent MTM slim-fit shirts. I think I have somewhere between normal and sloping shoulders, but try to keep my posture closer to normal ASMAP.

The armholes were very tight on the shirts and the chest was a bit too tight.

Would a bigger armhole and increased chest measurement improve that?

Thanks.
