Which shirt and tie would you pair with a dark grey suit?

I have a nice dark grey suit (see attached image) and was wondering what other shirts and ties would look the best with it.

Brandon, the beauty of dark grey is that it's like a painter's palette--you have a lot of color options. My preference is to start with a solid white shirt and go for a colorful tie, like a bold red, purple, or burgundy. In the spring a nice bright yellow tie would complement the dark grey.
