Which RL line are these from?

I know there aren't actually "Black Label" shoes, but where do these fall:

They look like RLPL script, but I've never seen RLPL shoes with the half rubber sole...

Those are just mainline RL, IIRC. Just like the Stanton model, they come in a purple box with RL script, but are not technically Purple Label.

So they're the same quality as the regular RL "Made in Italy" shoes and not worth anywhere near the $300+ that Bluefly is charging?

How can they get away with saying something is Black Label if it's not really? That seems like it would cross the line of legality into intentionally false representation of product.

i have a pair of shoes from that line - same soles... i love the last on them but the leather seems very plasticky and tough.. ive even conditioned the leather to no avail

Italian made mainline polo.

I really like the Italian made mainline shoes, the styling is better than purple label Italian made and their very comfortable.

Do you find the leather on those is rather poor, as mentioned above?

I don't know if you're allowed to say anything bad about RL products though

IMHO the leather is a bit plasticy, not equal to the better AEs.

Well If I go missing, than you know what happened.

The leather has been great in my experience, I own the thompson suede loafers and the stanton punch caps. 2 and 3 years old respectively and they've exceded my expectations.

The stantons creased a lot, very minute creases but a lot of them in the vamp.
