Which new Chukkas

Ive been looking lor a new pair of chukkas for a while and have narrowed to these two, which one do you guys lean towards or do you not like either?

First one looks much better. Cleaner lines, better shape, better leather.

The first ones get my vote too, more versatile.
The scond one has the goodyear thread rubber sole by the way.

My vote goes to the first one. Bought it as my first boot last week. If they have your size, Zappos has it for $260.

If you don't have use for a dressier chukka boot the second ones are more interesting visually for casual wear.

The first pair are far too subdued for my tastes. They're understated and boring.

I prefer the second pair; that edgy, worn in look makes them more interesting.
