I ordered a fairly complex MTO boot from Ron Rider and MTO Hayes from at Gaziano & Girling the same time. Which one will I reiceive first and why?

G&G seems really busy as of late.
they're popping up all over the places (re: making shoes for Paul Stuart now).

I'm waiting for a pair as well, and hoping it won't take too long.

on the other hand, RR is pretty much a one-man show correct? He may not be able to churn them out assembly style.

I've asked last month for some G&G MTOs and was quoted about 3 to 4 months at least.

Decided to get something else.

That's exactly why I have a tendency to have more and more done bespoke, yes thrice the price but exactly my fitting and my design in the same time or even faster. Or if an OTR model jumps at me, I might indulge.
