Oh damn, I need to see this. My wife is also a big Nick Cave fan.
Take her to see the the Leonard Cohen movie - Cave performs several songs.
Me: "Wow, Nick Cave got kinda old."
Wife: "Yeah, but he's still ugly."

Anyone heard the newest Nick Cave double album??? It's really good. I was starting to get nervous he was losing it, because honestly, Nocturama kinda sucked. Been a big Bad Seeds fan since Tender Prey. As a matter of fact, I had And No More Shall We Part going nonstop in the car during the commute today..both ways. I normally can't go more than 1 or 2 songs before switching disks.

totally. they have a teaser trailer in theaters now, doesnt show much but this movie is gonna be huge. I did see pics of how Optimus Prime will look in truck form, it's the other kind of big rig with the nose, not the flat style that he is in the cartoon. And it's all flamed up front. Bumblebee is the 2007 camaro....there's another autobot as a Hummer. I believe Megatron is supposed to be a tank, not just a handgun.

A Scanner Darkly comes out this weekend. The only new film I have any interest in seeing in a generi-theatre until Fantastix Mr. Fox drops.

"Inside Man"--guess I'll just have to wait until Blockbuster puts old rental DVDs on sale.

Casino Royale. I went from a Daniel Craig skeptic to believing he could be the best Bond since Connery. Finally we have another Bond who looks like he means business.

Same here. I just watched Layer Cake again and I have to say that it ranks up near the top of the coolest movies I've seen in a long-ass time. And they need to make Sienna Miller a bond girl sometime soon cause she is sexiest thing I've seen in a while. Wtf was Jude thinking?!

Clerks 2... Oh wait, I saw it already... I'm just going to see the reaction of the public.
