which leather jacket should i buy?

They are both... eh. The first one is the least offensive of the two, I guess. I personally don't care for either in the least.

Well...unbuttoned, the second one could possibly be acceptable.

Really though, I don't find the "detailing" on the first jacket (texture stripes on the top of shoulders) to be pleasant.

I found this Cheap Monday leather jacket at urban outfitters that was pretty alright (by no means anything to really look into for a "serious" leather jacket) for 120ish dollars. I'd look into it, if you need a quick fix.

Depending on your style and the "type" of person you are, both are possible.

However, the first one seems to be a spring and summer model, the second one has a storm fly front and high collar, which makes it more appropriate for chillier seasons.
